About This Project
A garden for outside use all year with an exterior gas fireplace, all weather (artificial) turf and a quartzite and mirror polished steel water feature with integral planter for Arum or Calla lilies.
The planting was laid out around the existing plants (Bamboo, Buxus balls and palm trees) and was intended to soften these; Acer palmatum, Agapathus and a gnarly old Olea were added to the scheme along with Verbena rigida to add a splash of colour for much of the summer. The exterior stone is a buff green sawn sandstone which was sealed to maintain its colour and sheen which compliments the oiled Iroko decking and seating.
